Build a stronger relationship, one conversation at a time.

Relationships matter deeply to us, but that doesn’t mean they’re always easy. Communication can break down, the same disagreements can keep coming up, or you may find yourselves feeling more like roommates than partners. Sometimes, you love each other but aren’t sure how to get back on the same page.

Whether you’re navigating challenges in your relationship, preparing for marriage, or simply wanting to be more intentional about the life you’re building together, support can help you understand each other more deeply and move forward as a team.

Through couples therapy, premarital counseling, and relationship coaching, I offer different ways to create space for honest conversations, strengthen emotional connection, and build relationships that reflect your shared values and goals.

You might be here because…

Communication feels harder than it should

You may find yourselves having the same arguments without feeling heard or understood. Maybe conversations become defensive, important topics get avoided, or small disagreements turn into bigger conflicts. You want to communicate differently, but you’re not sure how to break the pattern.

You want to feel connected again

Life gets busy, responsibilities pile up, and connection can take a back seat. You may miss feeling close, understood, or emotionally supported by one another. You want to be intentional about your relationship instead of simply getting through the day side by side.

You’re thinking about what’s next

Maybe you’re preparing for marriage, navigating a new season together, or wanting to make sure your relationship has a strong foundation. You may have questions about expectations, finances, family, conflict, or the future. Having these conversations now can help you move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

You don’t have to figure it out alone.

When relationship challenges arise, it’s easy to focus on who’s right, who’s wrong, or what needs to change. But meaningful growth often begins when both people have room to slow down, understand their own experiences, and become curious about each other’s perspectives.

You don’t have to wait until things feel unbearable to seek support. And you don’t need to be in crisis to benefit from being more intentional about your relationship.

Our work can help you recognize patterns, communicate more openly, navigate differences, and understand what helps each of you feel safe, valued, and connected.

The goal isn’t to create a relationship without disagreements. It’s to help you navigate those disagreements in ways that protect your connection and allow both of you to grow.

Find the kind of support that’s right for you

Every relationship has its own story, strengths, challenges, and hopes for the future. That’s why I offer three forms of relationship support, depending on what you’re looking for and where you are in your journey together.

Couples Therapy

For couples located in Georgia who want support navigating relationship challenges, improving communication, working through conflict, or strengthening their connection. Therapy provides a collaborative space to explore relationship patterns, understand each other’s experiences, and work toward meaningful change.

Prepare/Enrich may be incorporated into the assessment and therapeutic process as a structured way to explore your relationship strengths and areas for growth, alongside other clinical assessment and treatment approaches.

Format: Telehealth
Availability: Couples located in Georgia

Premarital Counseling

For engaged couples and couples preparing for marriage who want to build a strong foundation before saying “I do.”

Using the Prepare/Enrich assessment and guided framework, we’ll explore your relationship strengths and growth areas, discuss important topics, and develop a deeper understanding of each other’s expectations, values, and communication styles.

This structured program includes at least eight sessions and a complimentary check-in six months after your wedding, giving you space to revisit what you’ve learned as you settle into married life.

This is a relationship education and preparation service, not psychotherapy.

Format: Online
Program: Eight or more sessions, plus a six-month post-wedding check-in
Availability: Offered beyond Georgia where permitted

Relationship Coaching

For couples who want to be proactive and intentional about their relationship, whether you’re navigating a transition, hoping to improve communication, or simply wanting to keep growing together.

Relationship coaching incorporates Prepare/Enrich tools, structured exercises, and guided conversations to help you strengthen communication, deepen emotional connection, clarify shared goals, and put what you learn into practice in everyday life.

Choose individual coaching sessions or a structured four-session starter package. We’ll focus on your goals and identify practical ways to bring greater intentionality into your relationship.

Relationship coaching is a forward-focused, nonclinical service. It does not provide psychotherapy, mental health diagnosis, or mental health treatment.

Format: Online
Options: Individual sessions or a four-session package
Availability: Offered beyond Georgia where permitted

What it looks like to grow together

Healthy relationships aren’t built on getting everything right. They’re built through ongoing conversations, a willingness to understand one another, and intentional choices that support the connection you want to create.

Depending on the type of support you choose and your goals as a couple, our work may include:

  • Communicating with greater understanding: Learning to express needs, listen with curiosity, and navigate difficult conversations without losing sight of one another.
  • Strengthening emotional connection: Understanding what helps each of you feel loved, valued, supported, and emotionally safe.
  • Navigating differences: Exploring expectations, values, and recurring patterns while learning to approach disagreements as partners rather than opponents.
  • Building a shared vision: Talking through important life decisions, identifying common goals, and becoming more intentional about the future you’re creating together.

For Prepare/Enrich-based services, the assessment provides a structured starting point for conversations about your relationship strengths and growth areas. Guided feedback and exercises help you explore what those insights mean for your relationship.

The goal isn’t a perfect score or a perfect relationship. It’s greater understanding, more intentional communication, and a practical foundation for continued growth.
